● "Age": The enterprise should have been registered for 3 years and above, but not more than 10 years;

● "Occupation": The main business should belong to the strategic emerging industries, high-tech industries, modern service industries, new economy and emerging industries, and "5+1" industries, which are supported by the state and our province;

● "Necessary indicators": it is required to meet the requirements of maintaining positive growth of total revenue and net profit in the past three years, and achieve the corresponding growth rate and other growth indicators based on the size of the company, and the capability indicators, e.g. the average R&D investment intensity in the past three years is not less than 5%.
