01 FCM (flow cytometry) -T lymphocyte subsets 

Flow Cytometry (FCM) is used for quantitative, objective, rapid and multi-parameter correlation detection of the physicochemical and biological characteristics (including cell size, cell surface antigen expression, DNA content, etc.) of cells or other biological particles in the fluid flow.
