Shanghai Stock Exchange released the announcement of the results of the 74th Review Meeting

of the Sci-tech Innovation Board Listing Committee in 2021

The application of Chengdu Hinova Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for listing (IPO) was approved.

It is the 7th company

from Chengdu High-tech Zone

approved for listing on the Sci-tech Innovation Board,

and also the 12th company approved for listing this year.

       Hinova is an international innovative drug enterprise based on deuteration technology and PROTAC targeted protein degradation, aiming at developing best-in-class and first-in-class drugs with major clinical needs.

 

       With the focus on innovative drug R&D in major therapeutic fields such as tumors and metabolic diseases, Hinova mainly uses the deuterated drug R&D platform to develop HC-1119, HP530 and other varieties.

 

       The company is carrying out two HC-1119 phase III clinical trials and one phase II/III clinical trial simultaneously, including global multicenter clinical phase III trials, clinical phase III trials in China and phase II/III clinical trials in Brazil.

 

       It is planned to raise RMB 2.504 billion >>

       RMB 625 million will be used for R&D and production base construction projects

       Sci-tech Innovation Policy Cashing More Than RMB 500 Million

 

       On September 27, Chengdu High-tech Zone held a press conference on 2021 Sci-tech Innovation Policy Fulfillment and "Golden Panda" Sci-tech Enterprise Innovation Score Evaluation System, and released the list of enterprises to be supported by 2021 Sci-tech Innovation, Industrial Cultivation and Golden Panda Talent Policy. 2000 enterprises such as Hinova gained support funds of more than RMB 500 million.

 

       In the meantime, the "Golden Panda" Sci-tech Enterprise Innovation Score Evaluation System in Chengdu High-tech Zone was officially released. With this system, Chengdu High-tech Zone will proactively discover, cultivate and support sci-tech innovation enterprises in a more effective way, and guide innovation resources to gather to local small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises.

       "Minshan Action" plan 

 

       Chengdu High-tech Zone is comprehensively enhancing its innovation strategy source ability and industrial innovation ability, and building an important source of sci-tech innovation and the main position of industrial innovation application scenarios in China. This year, Chengdu High-tech Zone began to implement the "Minshan Action" plan for voluntary application R&D institutions, and it plans to build 50 new R&D institutions in the next five years, continuously stimulate the vitality of regional innovation and creation, accelerate the transformation and application of sci-tech innovation and achievements, and cultivate a group of technical experts and industrial elites with core competitiveness.

 

       On June 15, the first batch of six voluntary application R&D institution projects were announced, with a total amount of support of about RMB 450 million. In the meantime, the second batch of demand list for 12 new R&D institutions was released again for top teams at home and abroad to "apply voluntarily".

       "Five Realizations" Service System for Listing

 

       Since the beginning of this year, Chengdu High-tech Zone has continuously improved the cultivation service mechanism for backup listing enterprises, and built a one-stop comprehensive service platform for backup listing enterprises around five major industrial functional zones, three major leading industrial ecosystems and sci-tech innovation ecological chain, and established a five-level backup listing enterprise gradient cultivation system and a "five realizations" ("gradientization of listing cultivation, standardization of listing services, individualization of problem solving, chain formation of supporting policies and systematization of listing training") listing work service system, so as to boost the development of enterprises in the region.
