On September 3, 2021, Beijing, China - Conmed Biosciences (HKEx Code: 02162) and INNOCARE (HKEx Code: 09969) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services (hereinafter referred to as "CIFTIS"), to further deepen their R&D cooperation and devote themselves to developing First-in-Class macromolecular innovative drugs to benefit patients.

       July 2021

       The application for clinical trial of CD20 X CD3 double antibody CM355 developed by Tiannuo Jiancheng, a joint venture of Conmed Biosciences and INNOCARE, was accepted by National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). CM355 is the first bispecific antibody new drug of Conmed Biosciences/INNOCARE.

 

       August 2017

       Conmed Biosciences signed a joint venture agreement with and INNOCARE to set up a joint venture Tiannuo Jiancheng at a ratio of 50:50 for the purpose of discovering, developing and commercializing related innovative drugs worldwide.

 

       For the first time, 2021 CIFTIS included health into the special sessions of the conference, aiming to show the world China's medical technology innovation level, pharmaceutical product innovation achievements, medical service innovation ability and health service development quality, and promote the expansion and opening up of the health and hygiene industry and the development of cross-border emerging pharmaceutical trade.
