From April to May, 2021, the "2021 Spring BioTalent Recruitment Activity of Tianfu Life Science Park" hosted by Chengdu High-tech Zone Biological Industry Development Bureau and Chengdu CDHT Investment Biomedical Park Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CDHT Investment Biomedical Park") was held again. This activity attracted 38 key biomedical enterprises in the High-tech Zone to participate, providing 390 jobs and more than 1,600 personnel recruitment needs.

 

       These seasonal activities were carried out in Tianfu Life Science Park, Sichuan Agricultural University (Ya'an Campus), Sichuan Agricultural University (Wenjiang Campus) and Chengdu University of TCM, and the new recruitment mode of "live recruitment" was tried for the first time.

Recruitment Result

 

       A total of 4,300 qualified resumes were received, including 600 through offline activities and 3,700 through online promotion on the Talent Service Platform and Professional Recruitment Platform of Tianfu Life Science Park. Among these resumes, 95% were bachelor degree or above, and 28% were master degree or above. The initial intention achievement rate was 40%.

Innovation Mode

 

       Live video recruitment is a new recruitment method based on the mobile terminal, which is positioned at the C-end of social recruitment. Enterprises can quickly see candidates, communicate with them and interview multiple candidates through live broadcasting, so as to achieve real-time interaction and efficient interview,and improve recruitment efficiency.

 

 

       In this recruitment season, live recruitment was introduced for the first time. It identifies the target talent groups through algorithms, and pushes live information to potential groups before and during live broadcasting to further gather target candidates for the live broadcasting. The one-hour online live broadcasting on May 14 attracted 945 participants and received 535 resumes, with satisfactory results. (Click here to review)

Intuitive Experience

 

       In this recruitment season, in order to achieve the dual purpose of talent recruitment and park exhibition at the same time, a special talent recruitment event was organized in the atrium square of Tianfu Life Science Park Phase I in the form of "Park Open Day".

       It attracted 30 companies to recruit on the spot, with more than 300 participants. Many enterprises directly invite would-be job seekers to visit a company and have a face-to-face chat with the person in charge of a company. Candidates can have an intuitive feeling of the working atmosphere in the park and the working environment of a company, which provides a more direct basis for future employment selection, and greatly improves the recruitment effect and the participation feeling of both parties.        Since the BioTalent recruitment activity of Tianfu Life Science Park was launched in the spring of 2018, it has served 475 biomedical enterprises in the High-tech Zone, attracting more than 50,000 participants/times.
