On November 17, the 2023 "Thematic Training on Equity Design and Tax Planning" of Tianfu Life Science Park & FMC Chengdu was successfully held in Tianfu Life Science Park. The activity was hosted by CDHT Investment Group Biomedicine Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd. and organized by Chengdu Technology Transfer Entrepreneurship Incubation Management Co., Ltd.

       The activity aimed to give full play to the role of "one-stop scientific and technological services" of the park while focusing on the needs of biomedical enterprises at the early and medium stages. This thematic training activity was specially held after the solicitation of opinions on the needs of enterprises in the park.

       Two experts from KPMG China and Bo Tao Reform Group were invited to give in-depth explanations on equity structure optimization, investment and financing design, IPO target planning, financial team building and training, financial compliance transformation, financial informatization development, tax planning, etc.

       During the interactive session, enterprise participants actively asked questions and had in-depth discussions with experts on their problems of investment and financing planning as well as financial and tax planning. Enterprises shared valuable experience in the field of finance and taxation, while experts patiently answered relevant questions and resolved confusion.

       After the activity, enterprise participants highly recognized the theme and content of the training and expressed their valuable gains.
