Recently, under the guidance of the Party & Mass Affairs Department, Bioindustry Development Bureau and State-owned Enterprise Party Working Committee in Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (CDHT), the launch ceremony for the integration of party building and "frontier biotechnology" and "artificial intelligence" industrial chains was held at Chengdu Advanced Medical Science Center. This event was sponsored by the Party Committee of CDHT Investment, co-sponsored by the Party Committee of City Operating Group, undertaken by the General Party Branch of CDHT Investment and participated by paired party builders.

      CDHT Investment has pioneered the "party building drives industrial chain" mode, creating a distinctive party-building brand. According to the head of the Party & Mass Affairs Department in CDHT, this mode not only represents a beneficial innovation in the party-building efforts of state-owned enterprises but also acts as a catalyst for integrating party-building with business development. Party organizations within the "Frontier Biotechnology" and "Artificial Intelligence" industrial chains are expected to make proactive exploration and innovation in the cooperative party building. They should strive to foster a new landscape featuring co-construction, mutual sharing and win-win outcomes, thereby ensuring high-quality party building drives the high-quality development of industrial chains.

Integration of Party Building and "Frontier Biotechnology" Industrial Chain

        At the launch ceremony, secretaries from four party organizations signed an agreement to integrate the party building with the "frontier biotechnology" industrial chain. The secretaries were from the General Party Branch of CDHT Investment, the Party Branch of Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Biopharmaceutical Park Management Co., Ltd., the Party Committee of Tianfu Life Science Park, the Party Committee of the 7th Design Dept. of China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp., Ltd. and the Party Branch of Biological Engineering Institute of the IT Electronics Eleventh Design & Research Institute Scientific and Technological Engineering Corporation Limited.

        At the launch ceremony, secretaries from four party organizations signed an agreement to integrate the party building with the "artificial intelligence" industrial chain. The secretaries were from the General Party Branch of CDHT Investment, the Party Branch of Chengdu Tianfu Software Park Co., Ltd., the Comprehensive Party Committee of AI International Hub and the Party Committee of the 7th Design Dept. of China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Corp., Ltd.

        Additionally, representative industrial chain enterprises were invited to attend the event, including Tianfu Jincheng Laboratory (Center of Frontier Medicine), Chengdu Zhongke Daqsoft Software Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Integrated Circuit Design Industrialization Camp Co., Ltd.

        A flag-presenting ceremony was held on-site for these party member vanguard teams, namely "frontier biotechnology" and "artificial intelligence". These party members solemnly swore to the vanguard flag, vowing to uphold their original aspiration and mission, exemplify the role of vanguards, and make continuous contributions to the development of industrial chains.
