Which enterprises are eligible to enter the Park, and which are not? How to avoid "insider trading"?

On July 26, according to responsible person of Chengdu High Investment Biological Medicine Park Management Co., Ltd., in recent days, the Zone has used Tianfu Life Science Park as a pilot site to include discipline inspection into the whole process of enterprises' entering of Tianfu Life Science Park, aiming to ensure open, normalized, and regular power operation and realize law-based Park building.

How to include discipline inspection into the whole process of enterprise entering? Ding Hong, Sales Director of Chengdu Laipu Technology Co., Ltd., noticed a special attendee at the expert assessment meeting for corporate projects to enter the Park, who was Liang Huan, a corporate discipline inspector of Chengdu High Investment Biological Medicine Park Management Co., Ltd. ("CDHT Investment" for short). Her duty was to monitor projects entering the Park, and review the qualification of enterprises.

For tighter supervision over power operation, CDHT Investment exercises disciplinary inspection supervision throughout the whole process of Park entering. During the stage of Park entering application, discipline inspectors participated in the preliminary screening of application materials; during the process of projects assessment, they attended all project assessment meetings; during the stage of enterprise entering, they participated in house inspection of property, fee collection, contract signing, and other supervision works during the whole process.

"From Park entering consulting to entering, Park staff always reminded us that if any problems happen or there are any suggestions, please tell them. The Park will not offered undesirable services only because some problems are found and reported. That also shows the determination and confidence of the Park in exercising power under the sunshine." said Ding Hong.

Meanwhile, discipline inspectors also make irregular visits to enterprises and have close contact with them to learn their situations. Particularly, they gather information about the violations of "formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism, and extravagance" on the part of enterprises. For any emerging issues that signal unfavorable trends, they take early pro-active measures to eliminate them.

Located in No. 88, South Keyuan Road, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, Tianfu Life Science Park was put into operation in 2010. Funded by Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Group and managed and operated by CDHT Investment, it is a professional park dedicated to biomedicine. With nearly 8 years of operation, the Park is now home to some 180 medical enterprises and 6,000-plus biomedicine employees.
