Phase II of Tianfu Life Science Park is located in Group 4 of Singapore-Sichuan Hi-Tech Innovation Park, covering an occupied area of about 168 mu and a total building area of some 294 thousand square meters. It is built to shape "Healthy Tianfu E-valley" and promote the cluster development of health care big data, health care AI, cosmetic medicine, and enterprises of new economy. Currently, the main construction of Phase II of Tianfu Life Science Park has finished.

On March 12, the reporter visited the construction site of Phase II of Tianfu Life Science Park, where the main structures of 16 buildings had finished and no roar of excavator can be heard, "We are decorating the facade of buildings, and it is estimated that the buildings will be delivered in the first half of this year." According to Li Shicai, Head of Engineering Department II of Chengdu High Investment Property Co., Ltd., the functions of Phase II of Tianfu Life Science Park include R&D office, supporting services, and others.

"After Phase II is put into operation, we plans to build 'Healthy Tianfu E-valley'." According to the responsible person of the Biological Industry Development Administration in Chengdu High-tech Zone, as a key gathering place of Chengdu's biomedicine industry, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone has shaped distinctive bioindustry fields, such as biomedicine, biomedical engineering, and smart health, and relevant supporting industries are also gathering together at a fast pace.

"Now global biomedicine resources are streaming into two professional biomedicine parks, namely Chengdu Tianfu International Biopolis and Tianfu Life Science Park. Going forward, we will rely on Phase II of Tianfu Life Science Park to push for the cluster development of health care big data, health care AI, cosmetic medicine, and enterprises of new economy," said the responsible person of the Bioindustry Development Administration in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone.
