On September 10, the 2019 Autumn Biotalent Recruitment Fair of Tianfu Life Science Park was launched first in Sichuan Agricultural University (Ya’an Campus), which marked its official start.

This activity was organized by CDHT Investment Group Biomedicine Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd., the operations management company of Tianfu Life Science Park.

A total of 14 high-quality bio-pharmaceutical enterprises in CDHT provided more than 100 positions for over 800 persons, making them favored by a large number of job seekers from Sichuan Agricultural University (Ya’an Campus).

Different from regular recruitment activities, this fair adopts a new model of “targeted matchmaking” for the first time. Before the activity, it conducted targeted matchmaking work in talent selection on campus, preliminary publicity, demand classification, specialty division, student source targeting and department matchmaking.

Thanks to the preliminary preparation, the activity achieved better results than expected, attracting more than 300 people. According to incomplete statistics, 40% of the applicants on site gained an opportunities of a second interview in enterprises.

In addition, the activity will be held in succession in Sichuan University, Wuhan University and other universities in this month. Based on the features of different universities, the activity adopts such models as comprehensive two-way selection and targeted matchmaking to attract excellent talent for making enterprises in Tianfu Life Science Park stronger.
