On November 14, 2019, the 2019 "Work Different" National Tour in Chengdu sponsored by Liepin, a domestic platform for elite career development was successfully held. During the event, three awards of "Work Different · Sichuan Innovation", "Work Different · Sichuan Reform" and "Sichuan Outstanding Contributor" were successively issued.

In 2019, the Company has held 10 "Tianfu Life Science Park BioTalent Recruitment" activities in universities such as Sichuan University, Sichuan Agricultural University, Chongqing University, Northwest A&F University and Xi'an Jiaotong University, and made joint efforts with Biological Industrial Development Department of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone to hold Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Biological Industry Promotional Conference & BioTalent Recruitment Fair respectively in Peking University and Wuhan University in March and September.

In 2019, a total of 209 biomedicine enterprises in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone have participated in these activities with demands for 479 posts and 2,020 employees. The number of effective participants online and offline has exceeded 20,000.
